What are your store hours?
Monday thru Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 

What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards except American Express.

What type of fabric do you carry?
We carry many brands and designs of quilting cottons and batiks.  We also carry a variety of wide-backings.


CLASS QUESTIONS

When can I sign up for a class?
You may sign up for a class at any time.  In order to guarantee a place in a class, your registration fee is due when you sign up.  Class size is limited so please register early.  Sometimes a great class is cancelled because people wait until the last minute to register.  Each class needs a minimum enrollment at least 3 days before the scheduled class.

Do I need to bring my machine?
Yes.  We do not have machines to rent or available for your use.

Can I get a refund?
Full refunds or store credits will be issued only if the class is cancelled by Twisted Sisters Quilt Shop. 

Do I need to arrive early for class?
Yes.  Please be prompt as everyone's time is valuable.  We recommend you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled class.  This will enable you to set up your sewing machine and get prepared before the class starts.

What do I do if I'm unable to make it to class due to sickness or other emergency?
If something comes up unexpectedly, please call the store if you are unable to attend a class.
